Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account or using NexConnect or NexCard, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, protect your login, and be responsible for activity on your account.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, distribute, and technically adapt it only as needed to operate, secure, promote, and improve the service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to share it.

Community rules

Do not post, send, or link to:

• harassment, threats, hate speech, bullying, or encouragement of violence;
• sexual exploitation, nudity involving minors, or illegal sexual content;
• spam, scams, deceptive offers, malware, phishing, or impersonation;
• illegal goods, criminal instructions, or content that violates another person’s privacy, copyright, trademark, or other rights;
• another person’s sensitive contact, financial, identity, or location data without permission.

Do not manipulate engagement, scrape the service, evade blocks, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service to harm people or systems.

Reporting, blocking, and enforcement

You can report a profile, post, comment, or story from its menu and block a user from their profile. We may review reports, remove or limit content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, or contact authorities where appropriate. Repeated or serious violations can result in immediate termination. Knowingly false or abusive reports may also lead to action.

Service and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, NexCard is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, user content, interactions between users, or third-party services. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Ending your account and contacting us

You may stop using the service or delete your account. We may end access for violations, security risks, or legal requirements. Questions and appeals can be sent to thenexsupport@gmail.com.
