Delete your NexConnect account

Delete immediately in the app

Open NexConnect and go to Profile → Settings → Delete account. Review the warning, type DELETE, and confirm. This is the fastest method and does not require contacting support.

Request deletion without the app

Email us from the address registered to your NexConnect account. Include your account email and username so we can verify and locate the account.

We may ask for reasonable verification before deleting data. We will normally complete a verified request within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your authentication account, NexConnect and NexCard profiles, username and code records, connections, authored posts and comments, conversations, stories, live presence, vouches, linked reports, and hosted account media are removed from active systems.

What may be retained

Limited records may remain where required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or in time-limited backups. Content already received or copied by another person may remain outside our control. Retained data is not used to recreate your profile.
